A mother and daughter have a conversation over dinner. 

 

Porcelain Tigers merges several real and imagined conversations in hopes of capturing the intersection between being a person of color, and being a part of the LGBTQ community. Both characters engage in a push and pull as they navigate culturally taboo topics of sexual orientation and deviance from the collective values of the Chinese community.
